Here at The Good Life, the newly renovated Café
is a part of our business we are very proud of. The
ethos is to serve great quality, locally produced food
that doesn’t cost the earth, but is simply fresh and
delicious. The majority of our menu uses produce from
our shop including meat from our butchers, T.H
Burroughs, and will change seasonally to incorporate the
wonderful variety of produce that Hampshire has to
offer. Currently we have extended our menu to offer
sandwiches, Panini’s, traditional baked potatoes,
home-made Quiches and much more; favourite dishes which
are proved to survive the test of time.
As well as serving breakfast and Lunch, we are open
seven days a week for elevenses, afternoon snack or even
a naughty tea-time treat: look out for our fabulous
home-made cakes and puddings which all go so well with
our yummy coffee! We are also licensed and offer a range
of local Ales, Ciders, Organic lager and not so local,
but equally good, wine: why not treat yourself to a
lunch time brew and buy a bottle from the shop for
later?!
Whether you are calling in for breakfast, meeting
friends for lunch on our beautiful sunny decking or
simply want to curl up next to our log burner with a
coffee and a book, our cafe is the perfect place to
while away your time. Our friendly, long-serving staff
are welcoming, happy to help and most importantly ready
to have a good natter with the regulars! New faces are,
of course, as equally welcome, so please come along and
meet our happy team: we look forward to seeing you soon! ting inside and,
on those rare English sunny days, lots of seating
outside where you can sit and watch the world go by.
