Thomas Howard Burroughs first opened his
Butchers shop in Swindon in 1944. Today Tom and Josh run
T H Burroughs Family Butchers at The Good Life Farm Shop
and are here waiting to help and advise you.
TH Burroughs pride themselves on sourcing the highest quality
meat, and as much as possible locally, pure Angus beef
from Pewsey and lamb from Cirencester.
Their free range traditional pork comes from the slow
growing breeds reared at Plantation Pigs in Surrey.
When it comes to Tom & Josh's favourites, it has to be rib
steak with a good marbled fat running through it to
create the most wonderful flavour butt, of course, they
also can’t resist a good
homemade steak and kidney pudding!
